Belle-Meadows was created from one of the last remaining open parcels in Belvidere. The project involved the creation of Liberty Street, an extension to Franklin Street, and 42 residential lots served by public sewer and water. Pequest Engineering provided full design services including boundary and topographic surveys, roadway design, and stormwater management.
