Mr. Bodolsky entered the civil engineering profession in 1973 immediately after obtaining his Bachelor's degree from Steven's Institute of Technology (Hoboken). He obtained his Master's of Civil Engieering degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology (1976) while working full time with his first employer. He received his license as a professional engineer (NJ) in 1977 and founded Pequest Engineering in 1979.
Mr. Bodolsky serves as President of the Company and oversees all of its engineering activities. He has acrued almost 40 years of experience in engineering facets relating to land development including site evaluation, soils evaluation, site plan preparation, and subdivisions. A particular strength is is knowledge of stormwaer management techniques. He has qualified as an expert in the field of civil engineering before numerous Land Use Boards. Also licensed as a Professional Planner, Mr. Bodolsky is responsible for any Planning engagements undertaken by the firm.
Mr. Bodolsky has also completed training in wetlands recognition and delineation. He has been providing wetlands services for Pequest Engineering since 1986.
Mr. Hogan entered the surveying profession in 1970 and is licensed in the State of New Jersey. He has accrued a broad range of experience in preparing/managing boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA-ACSM surveys, construction stakeout, and subdivsions. Projects included ALTA-ACSM survey of St. Peters University (Jersey City), survey and construction stakeout for several multi-million dollar private developments; location survey for demolition of portions of Picatinny Arsenal; and construction stakeout for major runway modifications at Newark Airport and Teterboro Airport.
Mr. Hogan joined Pequest Engineering in 2012 where he is responsible for the surveying division.
